What printing methods do you use for your apparel?

We offer high-quality screen printing and direct-to-garment digital printing. We factor in the volume of orders and character of your design to choose the best printing method - in order to ensure optimal costs, best quality and the fastest shipping time for your products. All our prints are made using certified eco-friendly inks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. It is currently not possible to ship to some countries due to international shipping regulations.

What shipping methods do you use?

Our orders are shipped using a combination of UPS and local postal services. Packages are shipped by UPS from our warehouse in California, with the final part of each delivery handled by USPS for domestic orders, or national postal services internationally. Customers are provided a UPS tracking number and a local tracking number, if applicable.

How long does shipping take? Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping times vary based on product ordered and your location.  T-shirt and sweatshirt orders take 4-7 business days to process. Please allow up to one week for your items to ship AND 4-7 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery. All items in your order are made-to-order, meaning we produce your items specifically for you when you order. We do not hold excess inventory or stock. 

Jewelry and home decor items take 6-8 business days to process, package and ship your order.  Please allow up to one week for your items to ship and 6-8 additional days transit time (from the day it ships) for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your order information and your tracking number. You will also receive delivery confirmation.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the items that are in your cart. You can view your shipping costs before you proceed to purchase.  From time to time we offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter as our sales are announced via our newsletter and social media pages.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We’re happy to accommodate exchanges for different sizes or colors. Customers cover the cost of return shipping to our office. We are happy to cover production and shipping costs for their new items. Customers can also send items they’re dissatisfied with back for a refund. The shipping costs are non-refundable. For both exchanges and refunds, we encourage customers to return their items within 30 days of receipt.

Yes, Gildan® products, as all knit products shrink. Knit fabrics inherently shrink back to the knit density they emerged from the knitting machine with. Throughout the textile and sewing processes these fabrics are subject to tension which pulls open the knit density somewhat. Upon first several washing and drying the fabric will almost always shrink back to that exact density it was originally knit to. Gildan targets very specific shrinkage numbers, typically less than 4% in width 6% in length of any 100% cotton fabrics through a variety of measures ranging from specialized handling equipment to our final textile process called compacting. In this process we run the fabric through 2 rollers turning at different speeds. This effectively compacts the knit of the fabric back close to the original density. The result of this is we manage to control the amount of shrinkage our garments will do once worn by our customers.
